How would you describe your teaching style?
I am proud to say that I am highly respected by my students; which has been evidenced many times in their visible enthusiasm for my teaching and their learning. Meticulous lesson planning and organisation of schemes of work and resources is paramount in my teaching. I have high expectations of all students and see my key strength in being able to impart confidence in them and their abilities. In addition, being a student of psychology myself, I am fully aware how children learn and understand key issues that have to be overcome to facilitate progress. I have experience with students who have various challenges to their learning, and I have enabled them to find their own way to succeed, as such I am adept at using a wide range of strategies to both assist their learning and to assess pupil progress, in particular, giving detailed, constructive feedback and targeted marking.

What is your personal message to students?
I'm a passionate A Level Psychology teacher, and after spending nine years teaching I wanted to offer tailored help to a wider range of students. Unlike usual tutoring websites, I believe that different students want help in different areas... * Whether you have suffered with losing a teacher at a crucial time in the year and so need to be actually taught key units from your syllabus. * Or maybe you are not getting as much work marked as you would like to enable you to improve on your exam skills. * Or you may just need help with your revision; timetabling, planning and support. * Or you may want traditional tutoring to help you understand key concepts or assessment objectives in A Level psychology. ...I can help!
