How would you describe your teaching style?

I prioritise the learners needs, and so I tailor my teaching style to best accommodate the learners learning preference and needs. Each session is planned in advance, but the implementation of the plan is flexible to ensure the real-time accommodation of emerging needs. Specifically, I believe in active learning through guided study and Socratic questioning. This ensures deep learning of material.
